Planet Information A - Sun, Moon and Earth

Planet information and analysis of the solar system are free online. Vedic astrology analyzes the features of the Sun, Moon, and Earth.

Planet information A - The Sun

Planet information, planetary study, and solar system analysis are available online from Vedic astrology. The story of Earth's existence begins with the unifying features of the Sun, the central nucleus of our solar family. It has been the unifying force for the past five billion years and will continue to shine for another five billion years. The Sun, known for its solar energy produced through thermonuclear reactions, is a marvel that converts hydrogen into helium at temperatures ranging from 15 to 25 million degrees. All the planets and stars, including our Earth, follow a definite rule as they rotate in their respective orbits. The Sun, with its fiery yet static topography, is the static energy source in the universe.

Vedic information about the Sun - Planet information begins with the function of the Sun to supply energy to Earth as well as all the remaining celestial bodies. Another critical effect on Earth is to resist the heavy flow of wind by contradicting Venus. No storm or cyclone can happen on a scorching sunny day because Venus remains under its domination. Please be informed that wind, by its nature, is of three (3) types.

  1. The static wind of Earth remains under the control of Uranus.
  2. The moderate flow of wind of Earth remains under the control of Mercury.
  3. Heavy wind or storms on Earth remain under Venus' control.

Planet information A - The Moon

The Moon is Earth's natural satellite, having a diameter of about 3,470 kilometers. It takes 27.3 days to rotate on its axis and orbit the Earth. Water may exist in the Moon's polar region. The Moon's surface is dusty and mainly consists of solid rock. The Moon is like a moving torch and focuses on all the objects for a limited period; if we consider the universe a dark room, all the celestial bodies are running in their sequence. As a result, the concerned objects are enlightened and stimulated to exert their properties so long as the focus remains. The Moon takes 24 hours to cover a constellation in its movement and 27 days to cover 27 constellations of the entire Zodiac belt. It is a continuous job that the Moon performs for Earth. The Moon remains at the farthest distance from the Sun during the day of the full Moon; conversely, it comes closest during the new Moon. As the Sun is the ultimate source of energy, during the day of the new Moon, the Moon comes nearest to it just to get energized to run for the next 29 days because it will get charged again on the 30th day, the following new Moon. Thus, the Moon imparts light on Earth during the bright half and gradually loses its glow during the dark half of a lunar cycle. The topic is analyzed free online by Vedic astrology.

From Earth, we see the same face of the Moon all the time because the Moon rotates just once on its axis in very nearly the same time that it travels once around Earth. (NASA reports)

Vedic information about the Moon - The function of the Moon is to control the passage of all the planetary radiations into the Earth. The effects of all the heavenly bodies can reach the Earth only when those are allowed by the Moon; thus, planets are dependent on the Moon to penetrate their effects on Earth. Therefore, the Moon acts as a semi-permeable membrane to allow selective effects of Space on Earth. The Moon stabilizes the movement of the Earth steadily on its axis; however, it has played a key role as a balancing factor of climate on the Earth since the beginning of its creation. The Moon stands for the symbol of water; if it is true, we can presume that the planets having their respective moons in their outer orbit should have the existence of water within. The entire water content of the human body is also in direct control of the Moon. Besides, the Moon is the supreme controller of our mind, and all its glimpses are related to our psychological properties among us. Moon is the sole causative factor of all psychiatric diseases as well as their remedy. Besides the human mind, the Moon has an immense impact on the human body. As we know, a solar day begins and ends with the Sun's rising and setting; likewise, the Moon also has its lunar days, which were the innovations of the ancient Indian astronomers. A solar day and a lunar day run simultaneously, but the effect also varies during the day and night. During the day, the solar day remains active, and the lunar day remains passive, and the reverse phenomenon happens during the night when the lunar day becomes active and the solar day gets passive. The cycle of the solar and lunar day causes the reaction of fire and water on Earth, which has both positive and negative effects on every living and non-living thing on Earth. Water, by its nature, is of three (3) types.

  1. The static water of Earth remains under the control of Pluto.
  2. The running water of Earth remains under the control of Neptune.
  3. The ruffled water of Earth remains under the control of the Moon.

Planet information A - Earth

Earth is the third nearest celestial body to the Sun. Our beloved habitat appears to be a big object dipped in an ocean of air. Astronauts get the impression that the Earth from space is small, with a thin atmosphere surrounded by distinguishing features like blue waters, brown and green land masses, and white clouds set against a black background. The atmosphere on Earth is composed of 77 percent nitrogen, 21 percent oxygen, and two percent other constituents. Earth is also the most extensive and densest rocky planet, with 70% of its upper surface covered by water, a phenomenon not seen in any other heavenly body. Earth incorporates all the ingredients to support and manifest life in it. Other than Earth, the planets exert their influences to produce a conducive environment within the Earth. The atmosphere we enjoy on Earth is indeed the contribution or the collective effects of the remaining bodies of the universe, and a thin layer of atmosphere separates the Earth from space. Besides affecting Earth's weather, solar activity gives rise to a visual phenomenon in our atmosphere by producing auroras, a natural glow caused by the interaction between Earth's magnetic field and the charged particles from the Sun. When charged particles from the solar wind become trapped in Earth's magnetic field, they collide with air molecules above our planet's magnetic poles. These glowing air molecules, or auroras, cause a glow in the northern hemisphere, known as the lights of the north, and in the southern hemisphere, the lights of the south.

Vedic information about Earth - Earth is like the uterus of the universe, where blood flows and life takes birth. Imagine the universe as a human body and the celestial bodies as their organs; Earth plays the role of the uterus in that imaginary human body. Earth is the only known body in the solar system that harbors life of versatile diversities. Earth comprises water, fire, soil, air, and life; their mutual interactive system causes a continuous change of plight within the Earth. Every living organism constantly adapts to keep its existence viable in unique situations. The subject is analyzed free online by Vedic astrology.
